This box is good during what it does. It was designed to be a box for a Apple iPod hold 8GB (4th Generation). And it does that well. It feels light on my arm. It binds a iPod well, my use of a device is not impaired. However..
The whole time it done me feel like we was regulating one of those ancient mobile phones from a 80's - a hulk section ones that were bigger than your head! we couldn't see myself most regulating this multiple for anything some-more than a novelty. Whenever we wore it we suspicion something along a lines of "I wish one of those newer Nanos, a ones that indeed DO demeanour like a wristwatch".
Now we comprehend that's some-more an emanate with my conduct than a box here. But if we didn't have this case, we wouldn't be meditative something like that, so a box is partial of a suspicion routine for sure.
To sum up, a box does what it says it will well. we only felt stupid with a hulk iPod strapped to my arm. If we wanted to do that, we would have left with a Apple iPod nano 8 GB Graphite (6th Generation - stream version), and stranded it in one of a "watchbands" that are available. I suspicion this would be accessible for my 4th Generation iPod, though it isn't perfect.
What we liked:
It's done of gentle lightweight material.
The hold shade works by a cosmetic that goes over a shade when we slip it in a case.
It has a mark for your pivotal when we go running.
The pier for a headphones jack lines adult well.
It would be good for some-more than jogging. Would be accessible for mowing a lawn, gardening, etc.
What we didn't like:
The rope is done of sleazy element and can slip down your arm if we don't like it so parsimonious it cuts off your circulation. Especially if we wear it over a sleeve. It would be good to have a rubberized frame inside to forestall this.
It fit my arm, though it's apparently done for people who are in shape. Anyone with vast arms will have some trouble.
It's unequivocally formidable to entrance volume while wearing it and you'd have to have a span of headphones with a volume symbol on a line.
It's also unfit to assign while it's in a sleeve and it would be good to have entrance given it's tough to remove.
It was ever so somewhat too brief for my iPod and we couldn't shake it down in adequate to get a strap to go close over a opening. But, it will not slip out given a shade sticks to a cover.
I had to mislay my rubberized bombard to put it in this armband. So I'd have to go behind and onward with cases, popping one off to put a other on.
All in all, it's okay, though not terrific. It's a small formidable to get a iPod behind out, though we found if we pushed from a bottom on a behind side, it slid out. It sticks to a shade cover a little. I'll give it 3 stars for being a good idea. Now Belkin needs to do a small tweaking.

I recently started going to a gym to remove weight for my son's wedding. This armband has been a godsend for my ipod. It is lightweight though stout and keeps my ipod hold protected while we am on a treadmill or on a machines. we was wavering since we suspicion it would cut into my arm though it is unequivocally comfortable. My favorite facilities are that it is washable (very critical when regulating it to work out) and that it has a KEY HOLDER!! we do not like withdrawal my keys on a offshoot during a gym for anyone to have entrance to so this was a unequivocally good feature. Recommend highly.
